I'm 59, male, and I've become concerned that I am frequently tight, particularly legs, neck, and shoulders. I googled muscle tightness nutrition and found your website. Your point about muscle tightness being related to muscle weakness was helpful. I think a video that has more light and I can see your whole body whould be helpful.

Thank you. My large muscles are tight much of the time. I walk 1/3 mile twice a day, but am otherwise fairly sedentary. Until six years ago I had an all-round daily workout. I have been discouraged because it seems I wind up in pain the next day when I try to increase my activity. I will try active stretching. It's a challenge for me to "relax". I felt comfortable with your suggestions and reasoning.

Hi i have fibromyalgia & narcolepsy. I have chronic pain and my tendons tighten up & cause the drawing up of arms & hands at times. I am going to try active stretching more routinely. To see if it helps. I do active stretching everyday, but maybe not enough. Thank you for taking the time to explain active stretching. :)
