Best Weight Loss Option: Cutting Carbs

For most people, how many carbohydrates they eat will determine whether they are gaining, maintaining or losing weight. Limiting your carbohydrate intake is probably your best weight loss option.

Figuring out what your Carbohydrate Sweet Spot is for Weight Loss can be confusing. We all need to eat nutritious carbs like fruits and vegetables for good health. Does Coffee Help Athletic Performance?

Coffee and caffeine can enhance athletic performance. Up until 2004 the World Anti-Doping Association (WADA) banned caffeine for its unfair advantages. If an athlete had over 1,200 mg of caffeine or about 8 cups of strong coffee in their bodies they could have been banned from competing. Stretches for Lower Back Pain: Lower Back Stretches to Avoid

You have to be very careful when choosing stretches for lower back pain. Sometimes stretching the lower-back can be the worst thing you can do. If you have the type of back pain that hurts when you sit or flex your spin (round your back) then doing some of the most commonly prescribed stretches for back pain can actually make your back worst.
