Muscle Building 101 – Your Guide to Building Muscle

I put this guide together to make it easier for you to find my best information on how to put on muscle at any age.  I’m not talking about bulking up.  The type of muscular body that I prescribe is the lean healthy muscular look.

If you have been reading my blog you know that I don’t believe in over-training. My training system does not advocate spending your whole life in the gym training 6 or 7 days per week. I have developed a training system that can give you the body of a very fit 27 year-old no matter how old you are while minimizing how often and hard you workout.

I know it can be confusing with all the different information out there on how to put on muscle so I put this guide together for you to make it a little easier.
