If you have been reading my blog you know that I don’t believe in over-training. My training system does not advocate spending your whole life in the gym training 6 or 7 days per week. I have developed a training system that can give you the body of a very fit 27 year-old no matter how old you are while minimizing how often and hard you workout.
I know it can be confusing with all the different information out there on how to put on muscle so I put this guide together for you to make it a little easier.
