Dropping Body Fat 101: Your Guide to Losing Weight

I put this guide together to make it easier for you to find my best information on how to lower your body fat and lose weight safely and quickly.

If you have been reading my blog you know that I’m a big believer in controlling your weight with diet and not overly exercising. I don’t believe in exercising just to burn calories. Obviously you have to workout to get a lean muscular body but you reach a point of diminishing returns very quickly with exercise. It makes much more sense; therefore, to eat right and keep your long hard workouts to a minimum.

I know it can be hard figuring out the best ratio of resistance training, aerobics and diet that will work most effectively for you. For guidance, check out some of my best information on dropping body fat below.
