In this episode, Mike Cola talks about the advantages and disadvantages of machine resistance training. Free weight movements like the squat, deadlift and Olympic quick lifts are very popular right now but they are not for everyone. Mike takes the contrarian point of view in this podcast and explains how the traditional 12 piece machine circuit with a few accessory movements are a great option for the majority of the population.
