Yogurt with Fruit on the Bottom- Most popular yogurts with fruit is like eating candy loaded with sugar. Get use to eating plain yogurt.
Whole Wheat bread- Most whole wheat breads have very little fiber. Look for whole wheat bread that has at least 4 grams of fiber per 100 calories.
Energy Bars- Many energy bars are not much better than candy bars. Try GNU bars they have 12 grams of fiber and only 140 calories.
Sport Drinks- Sport drinks are just sugar water. Drink them during or right after a workout as a recovery drink. Otherwise, drink water and herbal teas.
Low Fat Bran Muffin- Too many calories: up to 600 per muffin. If you have to have one, split it with a friend or eat half.
Tuna Fish Sandwich- Too much mayo; every tablespoon of mayo ads 100 calories of fat. Have seared tuna over salad instead.
Fruit Juice- Many juices have added sugar and are just too high in calories. Eat a piece of fruit instead.
Sliced Turkey – Processed turkey is way to high in sodium. Eat only fresh turkey.
Pretzel- Empty calories with sodium. Try air popped popcorn.

My name is Mike Cola (yeah that is me in the pic above). I've been called a "Contrarian" since I believe that most mainstream fitness approaches are extremely inefficient.
I achieved the look in that photo just training 3 times per week. My specialty is helping people reach peak condition without having to hit the gym 6-7 times per week.
