Breakfast Cereals – Most popular breakfast cereals are empty calories loaded with sugar and sodium. Try slow cooked oatmeal instead.
Yogurt with Fruit on the Bottom- Most popular yogurts with fruit is like eating candy loaded with sugar. Get use to eating plain yogurt.
Whole Wheat bread- Most whole wheat breads have very little fiber. Look for whole wheat bread that has at least 4 grams of fiber per 100 calories.
Energy Bars- Many energy bars are not much better than candy bars. Try GNU bars they have 12 grams of fiber and only 140 calories.
